We use a combination of training techniques. It’s all about participant engagement before, during and after training, to ensure optimal learning and commercial impact.
Blended learning in practice:
-4 weeks: Engage senior team for buy-in to learning and embedding objectives
-2 weeks: Engage delegates with pre-course work
0 weeks: Training delivery
+2 weeks: Post-training line manager review
+4 weeks: Post-training follow-up
+8 weeks: Post-training follow-up
We want senior leaders and line managers to be aware of and actively bought into the training or capability development objectives and concepts throughout the learner’s journey.
We give learners support and direction to make sure they can apply concepts in practice, to benefit both the business and themselves.
Accountability and measurement
Our programmes build in processes to ensure learners and their line managers are accountable for making the most of the learning in-role immediately and ongoing.
