Bridgethorne is launching a new Virtual Training Service to enable under pressure FMCG and retail staff to get a stimulating break from challenging work routines in the current Covid-19 situation.
New Virtual Training Service – a stimulating break to challenging work routines
The Bridgethorne Training Academy Virtual Workshops will involve two series – Category Management & Shopper Marketing Excellence and Key Account Management Excellence – each consisting of six webinar modules of Bridgethorne’s most in demand face to face workshops. The series will be delivered in an engaging training environment through WebEx which allows groups of up to 20 to fully participate and interact with the content and each other remotely.
Each of the half-day webinar modules has been updated to reflect current working and trading conditions and each is provided with a valuable ‘toolkit’ to download. Clients can choose between single workshops or packages of three or more.
Category Management and Shopper Marketing Excellence
Modules in the Category Management & Shopper Marketing Excellence Series will include Category Fundamentals; Understanding Shoppers; Unlocking Actionable Insight; Compelling Selling Presentations; Category Leadership, and Optimising Range Reviews.
Key Account Management Excellence
Modules in the Key Account Management Excellence Modules will comprise Understanding Your Customer; Value Chain Optimisation; Negotiation Planning & Key Principles; Building Trust; Strategic & Joint Business Planning, and GSCOP.
“We hope that this new Virtual Training Service will not only help clients ensure continuity in capability development,” explains Paul Weiss, Bridgethorne’s Director of Capability Development, “but perhaps, more importantly, also help them protect their teams’ mental well-being by providing a stimulating break to their current challenging routines.”
