Bridgethorne are looking for a Resource Manager to partner with each business unit to provide ongoing resource planning support across all project types utilising both Employee and Associate/Contractor resource.

The role of Resource Manger involves the following:

  • Allocation of appropriate resource to prospective and landed projects.
  • Provision and discussion of prospective or confirmed project briefs to available Associates/Contractors
  • Generation of inputs and information for completing weekly employee availability and utilisation reporting availability including highlighting utilised resource
  • To help maintain resource database, review, interpret and proactively flagging of potential shortfalls in future resource.
  • To assist with any other New Business Development (NBD) tasks or projects that may arise from across the business.

Required Attributes:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to form strong relationships with leadership/senior teams, Employees and Associates
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Planning and organisational skills
  • Advanced working knowledge of all Microsoft packages especially Excel and PowerPoint and good knowledge of Outlook and Word.

Required Experience – a minimum of 2 of the following:

  • Internal resource planning
  • Working with FMCG business
  • Learning and Development
  • New Business Development

Hours and Basis:

25-30 hours per week across 5 days. Hybrid working, at least 1-2 days office based.

Initial 3 month contract with potential to become permanent.

Salary:

£35,000 pro rata dependent on experience
