We have a rare and exciting opportunity to recruit a permanent, Senior Capability Consultant to join our Training Academy team.

Bridgethorne are Sales, Category and Shopper specialists devoted to driving profitable growth for many household brands, through consultancy, research, training and outsourced services. Within the Training Academy we work both locally and internationally for well established brands and own label providers as well as a cross section of Retailers giving us a unique understanding of changing needs. Our teams are passionate about what we do and true experts in our industry.

The role of Senior Capability Consultant requires you to have the following skills/competencies:

  • Commercial training development and delivery within an FMCG environment
  • Capability programme design scoping and content development skills
  • Exceptional workshop facilitation skills
  • FMCG knowledge from a supplier or retailer perspective across one or more of our key functional areas : Sales, Customer Marketing or Category management
  • Client Management experience
  • Ability to apply ‘brain friendly’ learning techniques and blending learning programme design approach
  • Developing high impact compelling presentations/communications
  • High attention to detail and Project Management skills
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Business development
