John Nevens - Joint Managing Director
As a founding partner of Bridgethorne, John has over 25 years experience within the blue chip FMCG sector, having held several senior Sales roles for companies such as Quaker Oats & Anchor Foods
In his 11 years as a Director at Bridgethorne he has used his in-depth understanding of the UK grocery trade combined with his trading strategy experience to quickly grow the business above and beyond expectations.
John has a passion for music which he shares with his sons, the whole family usually turning out to watch the eldest perform in his rock band.

Andrew Cole - Joint Managing Director
Andrew is a founding partner of Bridgethorne with over 20 years Retail and FMCG experience, having worked for major multiples including Safeway and Sainsbury as well as blue-chip FMCG manufacturers such as Anchor Foods. Andrew has a wealth of knowledge in Retailing, Customer Marketing and Category Management which has been used to successfully deliver growth for Bridgethorne's clients over the past 11 years.
Andrew's Saturday afternoons usually have a sporting theme to them including supporting his son in his local team.

Bradley Moore - Sales Director
With significant experience of sales channel management in leading FMCG businesses across many categories, Bradley is an expert on the UK retail trade.
He has managed over £250m of multi-category business and has a track record of growing transactional trade relationships into strategic partnerships with the key grocery trade customers. Before joining Bridgethorne, Brad managed sales teams within M&S, Mars, Nestle, and Paramount Home Entertainment.
Brad loves Track Day driving in any spare time he has.

Her expertise in Customer Marketing, Channel Strategy and Category Management is outstanding.
Sue is an all rounder with a strong track record of developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns - across all trade channels and for some of the UK's biggest brands.
A committed multi-tasker, Sue balances her work life with being a mum to 2 very energetic girls

Paul Weiss - Director of Consulting
Paul is a seasoned marketeer and has worked for many leading FMCG organisations including SRCG, Unilever and Golden Wonder. He has extensive experience working at a senior management level within Trade Marketing and Category Management.
Paul's experience is wide ranging - from the development of category strategies to the creation of promotional evaluation tools and processes to optimise trade investment.
Paul also enjoys spending time with his 3 boys - watching and playing football for their local teams.
